Delivery Services
2.1. Delivery Area
We
offer event equipment delivery services within a specific delivery
area. You can check if your location is within our delivery area
during the booking process.
We mostly cover County Kildare, Dublin, County Carlow, Count Laoise
2.2.
Delivery Costs
The cost of delivery depends on the type and quantity of event equipment you rent. The exact delivery cost will be provided to you during the booking process. Please note that the delivery fee is separate from the rental cost.
For deliveries within 0-10km of Athy, Co. Kildare a standard delivery fee of €10 applies and for deliveries beyond 10km from Athy, Co. Kildare a fee of €1.20 per kilometre will be applied.
2.3. Delivery Timeframes
We
will work with you to determine a suitable delivery timeframe to
ensure that the equipment arrives in a timely manner for your event.
Specific delivery schedules and any associated fees will be discussed
during the booking process.

Pickup Services
3.1. Pickup Area
We
offer a convenient pickup service for rented equipment. Pickup
service is available within our delivery area.
We
will require security deposit (This will be determined based on the
rental equipment to be hired)
We
will also require a form of Identity document and Proof of Address.
3.2. Pickup Costs
Good
news! Pickup service is provided free of charge for all equipment
rented from Grand Occasion Rental
3.3.
Pickup Timeframes
We
will coordinate with you to arrange the pickup of the equipment after
your event. Specific pickup schedules will be agreed upon during the
booking process.
4. Delivery and Pickup Terms
You or your designated representative must be present at the delivery and pickup location to receive the equipment.
The equipment should be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Any damage or missing items may result in additional charges.
Please provide clear and accurate delivery and pickup instructions to ensure a smooth process.
